This has to be my favorite song of all it reflects not only on the damage that's done to people that have gone to war for this country but it doesn't explain why they come back all broken and bits and pieces and begging and having legs amputated gosh 58,000 people died for a war and no one won and here we are again what how many years later still fighting with the Ukraine with Russia with Hamas with Palestinians for God's sake but this movie was so based I don't want you to watch war movies but this was more a mental movie to watch because the truly shows the destruction the war can bring to families loved ones you're waiting for that knock on the door from an officer and a chaplain to see if your son or daughter is alive or dead

Beautifull music. Accactly pointing out the fulishness and idiocy of mankind as it sounds mercyfull awards the madness of mankind perfectly shown in the movie.

I remember hearing this on the radio when I was 7 -8 yrs old, which was 1973 way before the Deerhunter the tune always stuck in my head.

I closed my eyes and listened to the music - it transported me somewhere magical!

It’s the sort of movie you start to watch then it gets more harrowing and by the end i wished I had not watched it as I got flash backs for months from certain scenes that’s the power of wars

사슴 사냥꾼에 흐르던 이 음악은 사슴은 잡지 못하고 한 젊은이의 가슴을 사로잡았었다. 억지로 세월을 이기려 애쓰지는 않지만 맑게 투영되던 기타 소리만 듣던 젊은이는 어디론가 사라져버렸고 이제는 흰머리 가득한 초로의 한 남자가 젊은이를 대신하여 이 음악을 듣고 있다.
